Very bad! restaurant was not working and I had to order snack in the room. facial towel only put one. attendance is reasonable but there is no one to train the staff on how it is served! there is no ashtray in the hotel. hair dryer only had one for every room. in short, very little to offer!

Watch out for that hotel!

The room was spacious, but the furniture was dusty, the first day's shower didn't work in the heat, I honestly found a guest's nap, the hot water only normalized the next afternoon, and I'm not staying at this hotel anymore.

I wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel is the old San Diego Suites. They took over the hotel and changed the structures very little. The mattresses are still sloping, the furniture is the same. They just built a new pool. But the rest is the same. The only thing that changed a lot were the daily rates.

Hotel Rio Grande now more expensive!

Wonderful hotel, excellent service, clean and organized room and complete breakfast, very well-arranged and cozy swimming pool area, the view from the beautiful room our stay was exceptional.

A wonderful experience

Of the hundreds of guesthouses in my life, undoubtedly one of the best. The huge, clean and well-equipped room. The spectacular bathroom with hydro (in my case) and very good shower. The amenities are of great quality and provided at will. The bed linen and bathroom are of good quality. The silence provides a very pleasant evening. The swimming pool and sauna are great as well. The Staff Team is a chapter apart, they are excellent, they treat us with extreme kindness and professionalism. We stayed for a week, but the desire was to extend the stay... PARTNING to everyone involved...

A Hospitality Show

Contact via phone by matrix in the center of Steps. Very good reception. Room, living room, reception, parking very good. Coffee and meal space large and well ventilated. Serves food in the fitness that helped a lot. It needs to improve the space of the gym and sauna with more appliances, cleaning and flavoring. Overall very good.

Nice accommodation, great coffee, you need to upgrade the sauna.

From the photos of the hotel, what we found in the room surprised us: bad mattresses, broken bed leg, chair losing the stove, TV not working (we requested repair pro 3 times, and at each request we were informed that the problem had been solved  and it wasn't, bad internet, on Sunday we went to enjoy the pool area and to our surprise there was no clean table, all taken from food scraps or full of empty bottles, which stayed there until the second morning.

Negative surprise to you.

We have been at this hotel for some time and have witnessed the improvement in the introduction of the restaurant, some facilities in the reception and the pool. However, some care still deserve attention. On Saturday some people were in the pool and the next day all the used dishes and cutlery were still dirty in the afternoon. Our dirty room dish was present after the arrange too. These are care that must be taken because they attest to the quality of service. The rooms are large and well ventilated, comfortable bed, it is possible to have a good night's sleep.

It's getting better, but it's still a little bit short.

Although the hotel is in the middle of the highway, it is close to the city centre (10 minutes) and has a good cost benefit. Daily services are not expensive and hotel rooms are honest. They are undergoing renovations to add a swimming pool and gym.

Good cost benefit

HOTEL located on the Highway at the entrance of the city of Steps 15 min from the car center. Hotel with clean bed linen, fit. clean the bad that save on towels for everyone who is fit, breakfast not replenishing the products on the breakfast table, flies landing on fruits and sweets without protection for food preventing flies from contact with food. Breakfast officials talking loudly laughing in the kitchen. Staff without any preparation in hotel. I recommend that they do training with them. They lack pass leaflets and tourist points for information, employees have no knowledge about points in the region. Hotel has no tourist restaurant service in case you want to eat something just leaving the city center.
