We were on our way back from the historic towns and stopped for lunch. It was a nice surprise because the place is very nice. It also functions as an inn and with tour options. Simple but tasty lunch and cordial service.

Stop for lunch

Super pleasant environment, very clean food is wonderful, options for various tastes including my own that I am vegetarian but needs improvements in the guest care, I asked for swimming pool towels and they didn't take, lack a hotel training for the employees and their leader drew the attention of the MSM in front of the customers. On my second day of stay there was no water, it was something simple to solve but they preferred to call the owner or manager, lack of accommodation for the babies' parking, who has candy and is interested in taking the child for more days it is necessary to take a portable cradle, they didn't offer me as I already have the habit of leaving my daughter's bed, the banquet had to put services in the room, the restaurant hosted only during the day, so that they go to the city for lunch, if they want to throw a toilet seat but they don't want to use a toilet seat, but the staff has a ventilator and a toilet seat, and if they want to use a toilet seat, they don't have to make a difference.

The place is wonderful, nice and super clean but needs improvements in some areas.

I went on a meat Monday, lunch. The restaurant is very disorganized, you pay a price to make the meals (eat what you want). The menu is very poor (only the basic), except that there is a delay in replenishing some dishes, such as meat and fish. The pool was very dirty, had to have the courage to enter. They charged me 10% of the total bill value, and this included artistic cover. Outside day use, which is charged without any justification. It's not worth going back, there are several other great restaurants in the area, with better prices, service and menu. I found the form of charging strange without cabinets, without criteria, no and I don't recommend.

Totally disorganized management

We were planning to travel to the Historic Cities of MG in January 2022, but we had to postpone the plans because of the heavy rains in the region and the pandemic situation. Since we had already paid half the price of the accommodation, I asked Pousada to postpone the date to July 2022. They did not accept. I then asked them to check the possibility of issuing a credit card. They also refused. After trying to solve the problem through the website where the reservation was made, Pousada contacted via WhatsApp asking for which period of July we would like to change the reservation. The dates were informed and Pous was left to evaluate and return. The return was never given. I tried again a few weeks later asking if there was any refund for my client and I had already paid 100% of the amount in advance. Or I would recommend that a full refund be paid and refunded in advance.

I wouldn't recommend it.

A great place to take family and friends with the beautiful nature and excellent service. We were very welcomed. The Pousada restaurant is delicious and with a lot of variety. An excellent place to relax with comfort and tranquility!

This hostel service is terrible! We just plan to visit the waterfall, and obviously we called first to know how it worked, how the access was. We called the day before the visit. When we arrived, we were simply barred and poorly received. The employee reported that access to the waterfall was no longer allowed due to the capacity reached because there were limitations due to the pandemic, and that only those who had made a reservation were entering. But in the contact we made the day before, none of this information was passed back to us. Apart from being incompetent, they were rude and rude with us. We will not return and we recommend!

We arrived by chance at this inn, and it was a huge surprise when we discovered that the place is surrounded by wild nature, waterfalls, rivers and many activities to do such as horseback riding, mountain riding, hiking, climbing, etc. The treatment is great with the staff.
