We always stayed in downtown Gramado, which can be noisy depending on the area (traffic, people laughing, etc). This time we needed a quiet place, since we have a baby, so we chose Pousada Vila da Neve and had a great experience. The place is really peaceful, and if you have a car, there is no problem to go to downtown (aprox 10 minutes). The room is really comfortable, nice bad, and potent air conditioner. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of fruits, breads, cakes, yougurts,... Everything fresh. Staff was really attentious giving hints of places to eat. I just list two things they can improve: 1)channels on TV are very limited, they could have more options, 2) they could have something to warm the bathroom, it is big and cold! Anyway, I would definetely stay there again.
