Pessimo! room with mold, bad cleanliness. had hair from the previous guest in the bathroom. breakfast makes you want and they still put on bad music. attentive attendants, but they acted badly at checkout time. we had to fight to get refunded. the internet is also bad. not worth a star.

Well, I went to work and stayed in the middle of the week. I was very well taken care of by the girls at the reception, my room was clean and I didn't hear any noise on the street. I thought the location was good, there's an Angeloni supermarket very close by with a food court if you want to make a meal or buy something to eat. Standard breakfast. The bathroom is really tight, but nothing that doesn't give you the right way in or out. Efficient room service.

Just what you pay for

Room with bad smell, dirty, torn sheets and looking unchanged, torn towel, no bathroom mat and facial towel available. Old building. The location is good, but it doesn't compensate for dirt and bad smell. I stayed only one night, fine! I never stay again!

The hotel is good, the staff is polite, the breakfast is very tasty, the location is excellent in the old structure. The bathroom is small (to enter from the front and exit from the back), an overweight person for example can not use it. It is not a charming hotel but it is good for overnight stays

I made a trip from the west to the Catarinense coast and for family rest, especially my baby, we stayed halfway, LAGES, we took this hotel by name, but the disappointment was almost total, we booked on the Internet and reported that we would need an extra bed or cot, arriving at the hotel had nothing on the reserve, the attendant still got a single bed room, but the room was facing the avenue where the whole night was an intense motorcycle movement (noisy) and a party at a diner that they have in front of the hotel, that is, until 3 in the morning we practically stayed, the room and bathroom with the appearance of old men, full of closed rooms, the only thing that did not move was the rest of the infection, we stayed up happy and tired and walked away with nothing.

We left in the summer of 2016, on our trip to the beaches of southern Brazil. We arrived at the hotel at 20 hours and were very well served, getting a double room with Brazilian desayuño for about 45 dollars a couple. the hotel has an outdoor sector but closed to parking vehicles. the room that touched us was small but very comfortable with air conditioning refrigerator dryer etc. and a good mattress. the breakfast was very good. we felt very in tune with the hotel. in the dining room there are good restaurants and pizzas. the city is safe. ideal for overnight stay.

We were in Lages for a graduation from the University. The hotel is average or slightly above average. The rooms are modern although they are perhaps starting to show their age. The breakfast was fine. The hotel was clean and safe. On the whole, it was a good choice. There are restaurants and bars in the area as well as a grocery store and other shops, although this is not a tourist area. The town itself does not seem to be much of a tourist destination.

Although I only had the opportunity to spend one night at the hotel (on my way to the Brazilian coast), I would return without a doubt, with very good and warm attention from the staff, the room very crowded, the facilities very pleasant and the breakfast very good.
