I was at this hotel on the 25th of February with my husband and we were extremely disappointed. In the act of booking I chose the standard room and I was aware that this room had no air conditioning, only ventilator, until then everything was fine. The problem was that when we entered the room, it didn't have any windows, only a door that looked out to an empty room with a hole in the wall where the air came in and this was not warned at any time. The room was super hot for that reason and it was still very dirty. As if it wasn't enough, they still didn't leave a face towel and no rug to put in the bathroom. We took a bath and we went out all over it. The breakfast was very reasonable, I had almost no holes and the pool juice was horrible. I'll never be sorry, because we never had to pay much more for this horrible experience.

Total disappointment

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the highway of Pouso Alegre. The apartment on the 4th floor, which I stayed at, was quite new, without air conditioning and the window looked out to a wall. A simple breakfast but with plenty of options. The hotel has no elevator. There is a convenience store at the reception for emergency items and meals. I liked it and would stay again.

Excellent location and good cost X benefit

The hotel was very messed up about the type of accommodation, old floors and furniture that are already out of fashion. Super tight garage and cars get stuck, the acoustics are terrible, you hear all the noise from the sewer in the room above.

Missing an update

I've been through the city, a daily, 403 room, two single beds, completely hygienic, comfortable, two very comfortable people, breakfast from 6:30 a.m., cozy space, all friendly and solicitous attendants, fair price.

The hotel is well located, central, has a good garage, and the apartments are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and hygienic. The breakfast is very good, it has a good variety and a good waiting time. The price is fair. Recommended!

It's a great hotel.

I spent two days staying at the Arlen Hotel, travelled to Pouso Alegre for work. I stayed in a family room with 3 beds, TV, Air C. and Freezer. The beds and pillows are all very comfortable, the bathroom is large and the shower is good. I had trouble charging my cell phone which did not charge in any outlet of the room except the bathroom, which had to have the light on to charge my device. Breakfast is good, fruits and bread varied, but the coffee served is the cheapest, impossible to drink without sweetening it. The hotel has a very cozy outdoor area for smokers.

Comfortable room and problems with outlets

Very good hotel. Renovated, with good facilities and excellent location. Careful and attentive staff. My reservation is for noise and breakfast. The room I stayed in was extremely noisy. Very early they turned on some kind of machine and it disturbed my sleep a lot. The breakfast is weak. I didn't like the options and, from what I ate, nothing very tasty. In general, I liked it and would stay again, as long as it was at a good price.
