We loved Pousada dos Prazeres. It's basic but very clean, the owner Marlene is super nice and helpful and she cooks fantastic dinners. Her breakfast is also quite luxurious! As one has to walk 4Km on the beach to reach the pousada, you'll only find guests who love quiet and relax.
