I really enjoyed my stay here. The Hotel staff was mostly very kind and attentive. The premises were clean, the room was clean, the shower was nice, the water pressure was good. The room had a mini fridge and cable tv, and air conditioning. The breakfast was good as well. A few suggestions to make about maybe making the experience just a bit better, the internet was a bit unreliable, but thats a general problem in brazil. Also, my room had a view of the shopping stores inside, It would be nice to have been told about this sooner, as I didn't enjoy that view. The front desk also needs more staff. It took far too long to do some things, it took over a half an hour when i went to check in. That wasn't due to the staff, just to not having enough people. Also a general note to all travelers, the area around the bus station can be very dangerous, especially at night. There are plenty of taxis usually in front of the hotel, Take them. I don't recommend walking around.
