In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Check in and key collection are made in each building address. Please note that an electricity fee of BRL 80 will be charged for guests staying between 1 and 7 nights. If the reservation is for a period longer than 7 days, extra fees will be charged: BRL 10 per additional night. Upon reservation, you will be asked to provide a copy of your credit card as collateral, which will not be charged unless you cancel your reservation. Payment can be made in cash upon arrival. If paying with a credit card, a processing fee will be charged.
