The facilities are comfortable, it has an air-conditioned swimming pool and an outdoor one. Buen desayuno buffet. The facilities are not modern but generally function well.

Buen Hotel is located in Buen.

The hotel is sold like four stars but doesn't get to two.The pool is always dirty, the dark rooms with small windows.Every afternoon there are games in the pool with animators for kids and it makes it impossible to get in, not to mention the noise.The bad wifi, only reaches the reception.The only valuable thing is the breakfast that is very complete.

Rosando is the unfortunate one.

It is a comfortable hotel, with details, no 4-star level and its location is comfortable.It is very complete in terms of facilities, which is why it is good for family groups.This makes it particularly noisy at various times of the day.

Until then...

A family visit. Wifi solo hall hotel lunch or dinner is different in another hotel chain 1.5 km away. Basic and dirty rooms. Solo highlights good personal disposition but no dan solved. It is very close to the center which makes it noisy. Rooms overlooking walls or buildings.

Disaster is disaster.

It's a 4-star hotel in the English spa. The 4-star thing is not credible at all. The best: breakfast and swimming pools, was what I liked the most. Points to improve: teles y AC (antiquísimos) and reception attention. Another point is the tours: next to the reception there is an office.de.una agencia de turismo, its prices are very high, conveniente ir a agencias.Q.están in the center.

The room was dirty, there were pieces of hair lying on the floor, the carpet was holes, the smell was dull, it was impossible to breathe in the room. The hotel hadn't been renovated since it was founded, a long time ago! There was no cold or hot water in the shower!!! The internet in the room didn't work at all. We went to the reception, we were moved to a room that is in the house. There was better, the water was both cold and hot. But the internet never worked, we went to the lobby. Breakfast, food choice was not great, quality was lower than average, only the delicious fruits.

It's terrible.

We organized a conference in this hotel and everything was ok. The hotel is well organized, the rooms are good, and the staff very kind. It is very close to the beach (less than 5 min walking). Breakfast is ok, and the restaurant has good options for lunch and dinner. 

Good option for small conferences

The bathroom is spacious and clean, the only defect the shower with the curtain instead of the sliding door. Breakfast is abundant and of quality except for the fruit juices made with the powders. Small swimming pool but enough to refresh yourself (on the other hand you don't go to Floporian to go to the swimming pool). Sauna, spacious games with ping pong and animation complete the offer center. Free Wi-fi but for what I had a chance to see how it works in the hall and in the room.

Good location.

We ended up at the Praiatur as all of Florianopolis was booked during a holiday weekend. 
The room was not clean, really badly equipped and poorly styled.  
The staff at reception was useless, it took them 2 days to realize the wi-fi was not activated for our room, none of the 3 receptionists could speak English, and the only time we organized something relying on them, they let us down.  
The hotel is extremely noisy and mostly full of groups.  
The breakfast room looks terrible however the food was not bad and the restaurant staff was very efficient and friendly.  
Avoid this hotel unless you're a group of teenagers.

Pretty bad stay

I stayed at Praiatur Hotel in Praia dos Ingleses last May for an event which happened there. During my last night I left my luggages at the reception during the night. As I was leaving very early to airport, it would facilitate my check-out.. However the staffs opened my bags and stole my mobile phone and recharging. 
I trusted them, as I could. BUT THEY WERE DIRTY.
