The hotel is very close to the center and access to the main roads, clean, good breakfast, with fresh fruit and cold, bed and bedding clean, the parking is covered and free. Some negative points were, the only outlet near the bed was ruined, I had to move away the bed and use an old outlet that was hidden in the renovation, if you are to send a message to the reception make it about 5 hours in advance, it doubled in price in the turn of October to November. My experience taking out any pros and cons is worth it in the season.

Good location, but a reasonable view

I recommend and recommend, very good budget accommodation option in Florianópolis SC, team grade 10 attendance, excellent Manhā coffee, clean and hygienic apartments, good location and a wonderful view of the Florianópolis bridges and South Bay.

I would like to give 5 stars for the excellent location of the hotel and the great cost benefit. The sand of the pool provides an exceptional view of Floripa. Besides, we were very well taken care of when we needed it most especially by Mr. Valter who was very nice providing help even when it wasn't the hotel's obligation.

Great location and great service.

Great service, an amazing view and a lovingly made breakfast! The staff indicate tours and the hotel has a guide photographer who takes tourists to discover the island! An unprecedented experience!

This is a very good situation.

The location of the hotel is great, because I was right next to my destination. The view is also wonderful. However, the hotel is very bad at cleaning. The bathroom was running out of old urine, there was leftovers of food on the sink and the toilet bowl was in a deplorable state. The room was very stinking. Besides, the shower was very cold. The breakfast was reasonable. I believe that lack of hygiene becomes even more condemnable in a full pandemic. It's a pity that a place with such potential puts itself into something so simple that it's cleaning.

Location's good, but dirt doesn't make up for it.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful view. Great infrastructure and service. In the bathroom with hot tub, the bathroom view is beautiful, the sunset from the loft of the room is breathtaking. Simple but very good breakfast. Great cost-benefit. We love it and we'll definitely come back.

Excellent hotel and excellent service!

It was definitely an unforgettable trip. We were super welcome and hosted in a well-ventilated room with a wonderful view. Super capricious and very affectionate breakfast. Congratulations to the whole Daifa team and their current manager Luciana who is undoubtedly fantastic in everything she does. We want to see you all again soon.

Very well handled, first-rate support and accessories, family environment and I was extremely happy with everything, impeccable cleanliness and everything went perfectly as expected and agreed with the manager who is first-rate.
