A commentary on a recent stay, today. A deplorable benefit cost. Facilities that left much to say: 2 days without water throughout the building, losses of pipes in the bathroom, broken windows, repairs of slopes in the pool when we were inside. A special commentary, there was an employee at the reception with brown hair, glasses and mustaches who constantly defied control by using a ridiculous wristband (not used by the entire hostel) that became unbearable, annoying and lo, without addressing other issues of greater relevance.

It's disappointing...

Apart from the fact that the hotel is in a very good location, we had some inconveniences with the time of the room that touched us as it was not the same as the one shown in the photos when we booked.The attention is good.What we liked most is that you leave the hotel and there is the beach.

No, it was not what we expected.

We were in the 103's, it has a freezer that doesn't cool anything, a piece without a window, holed saunas, drilled vessels, and a refill, and a grille!330 reais x dia y no worth it!Y at night rats x la pile!!

Very good price, quality, excellent location! very good staff care, to enjoy the beach and the centre of Canasvieiras. the pool overlooks the sea and there is a shade sector with restroom service.

Dpto 211 a porchery 2 mattresses making one.The kitchen is rotten,no tent,no floor dryer,no garbage patch,dirty curtains,children's mattresses very used no vale lo q piden apart from being small no renting it never give away is expensive.

We went as a family, we moved into a 2-room apartment, all with a view of the sea. It has a pool that you can enjoy until late afternoon and a direct exit to the beach. Excellent location, a block from the main street, three blocks from the supermarket, four from the traveler's clinic. The good thing is that it has a concierge for guided tours in everything, until they took care of hiring the airport-hotel-airport pickup truck. It has a restaurant that is paid for separately. The only thing that would miss is to include breakfast in the value of the apartment.

Very well located (foot on the sand in Canasvieiras), very clean bedding and bath, good service. The only problem we had was having to leave this paradise!! The hotel is next to the beach, at night you hear the sound of the waves, quickly you get used to it. The location is excellent, it is at the point of Canasvieiras, several shops, market and restaurant nearby. It is worth knowing, the beach is very crowded, you can walk on the shore, fisherman, very beautiful. One of the most beautiful sunshine to witness every day we were staying in these guests. My foot in the sand!

Hello everyone, I would like to comment that what was the Lexus 6 years ago, today is nothing. It is neither a hotel nor a separate hotel. The lobby of the hotel with lots of people and the atmosphere in general is very complicated. The rooms are spacious, the window air conditioning only manages to cool the room because in the room (dining room) as it does not have, the fan only helps but does not reach. The towels are more than worn out, some routes and are changed once a week. The method is to take clothes down to the reception with all the bed (saps) and bathroom (towels) to change them for cleaners. The cleaning is R$150 but per week. The TV servers were not a single room to see a cable. The TV servers were silent because in the night and more can be seen. Bad experience in Lexus Beira Mar Canasvieiras

We stayed during the holidays in an apart hotel in this condominium. This apart is the best option for those who want to stay well located from the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and not be dependent on the car for everything. The building has a garage and swimming pool, as well as a games room. The location also makes it easy to move to other beaches such as Daniela, Jurere, English among others. We were very well treated by the owner of the 401 Sonia Martins.

Well-located leisure

The apartment was well maintained, but the building was not. Much of the pool deck was off limits, requiring immediate repairs. The building is well located, facing Canasvieiras beach. It has a garage, game room, swimming pool and barbecue. The wifi internet only works at the door.
