It was a pleasant surprise and exceeded expectations. We were received very warmly by Mirtes who welcomed us as soon as we jumped from the transfer. The room was impeccable and decorated! A charming one! The air conditioning works well and the room is equipped with refrigerator, TV and electric shower. The room is extremely dark and the morning did not seem to have dawned! The delicious bed and good bedding! Super recommend! Wonderful cost benefit!

Mirtes' hospitality is amazing, she even arranged tours before we arrived, the house is well located, close to the village, we feel totally comfortable.

Compared to Fernando's prices this property offers the possibility of staying without spending a disproportionate amount. The Pousada is very simple with a good potential, but should be maintained better, the cleaning is not done and breakfast is not included.

Good location and price

Mirtes is a spectacular person, tall astral and always ready to help in any way necessary. The house is cozy, the room has air conditioning and a warm shower. It's very close to the village of medicine. Great cost benefit!

Great accommodation in Noronha

Super comfortable room, cozy house, just like the owners, Mirtes is too tall, astral and willing, I'd definitely come back, and don't forget to take the boat ride with your uncle, not to mention that she gives you all the tips you need for her hospitality.

Aunt Mirtes and her house are on time

The house is just as advertised, a craftsman's house. The room was decorated with flowers, everything was very clean to welcome us and the kitchen helped a lot in the economy. Mirtes is very attentive and left us super willing, one of the days we barbecued with her and other guests, it was really a very pleasant time. We already have plans to return to the island and we will definitely go back to Mirtes' house again.

I felt at home.

Mirta offers small rooms with a private bathroom, comfortable bed, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. It is not an inn, so they do not offer cleaning or breakfast service, but it has a shared kitchen available to passengers. It is an economical option for between 3 and 4 days. Mirta is very friendly, welcomes you in the best way with information and a smile. The location is good a few blocks from downtown, the street is dirt so if it rains it is difficult to access.

The basic and cheapest in Noronha.

The house of Mirtes is a very nice and gentle lodging, served by Mirtes.A very warm and helpful person who is always willing to lend a hand guiding and helping in any inconvenience or concern, i.e., as far as staying is concerned, as any information about the island.I recommend the house of Mirtes, very good price/quality ratio.

I recommend Casa de Mirtes to stay at 100%.The cleanliness of the common areas is 10 points.The price/quality ratio is excellent.The bed is very comfortable, we have air conditioning, room refrigerator, TV and private bathroom.The kitchen is super complete, this is very important as it is VERY expensive to eat in Noronha.Mirtes is part of your stay, always careful that you do not miss anything and give you all the tips you ask for.It is very nice!!The location is also very good, it is 1 square foot from the bus stop and in the middle of the island, so you can go to many places.I totally recommend Lo!!!

Casa de Mirtes is a very good budget option for a pousada on Fernando de Noronha (which is one of the more expensive places to visit in Brazil, but totally worth it).

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was comfortable and clean. It served as a great home base from which to explore the island. Mirtes is an absolutely wonderful host and goes out of her way to make sure her guests feel comfortable and are taken care of. We don't speak Portugese (and Mirtes doesn't speak English) but she spent at least 30 minutes with us upon our arrival answering our questions via the Google Translate app. It was such a nice gesture and made us feel very comfortable. She also helped us arrange a buggy rental, which was dropped off at the pousada for us the next morning.

We didn't really use the shared kitchen or lounge room but they looked to be clean and roomy.

The pousada is centrally located and there are plenty of restaurants in town, easily walkable within 10 minutes. The access road is dirt and can get quite muddy if it rains, but that is true of a lot of the island in general.

There is a little local store roughly 200m away where you can buy water, beer, snacks, etc. And there's a spot across the main road that does fantastic acai bowls and fruit shakes - great breakfast option. 

Remember that this is a budget option on a remote island, so don't expect 4-star hotel amenities. However, having a great host like Mirtes makes a huge difference.
