We had no reservations, just walked in as the hotel we wanted to stay in had closed down. Kolman hotel had run out of Air Conditioned rooms, but as soon as one came available they gave it to us. Staff were friendly and helpful, elevators are available, which is good because i have arthritis in my legs. Breakfast was yummy. Air Conditioner was amazing and kept us cool. Highly recommend this place. Only gripe i have is that the pools were not working yet it was over 30 degrees outside, i know we went in April but it was hot enough to use, and being a couple, we were wanting to use the pools.
