Pousada Al Mare (Pousada means bed and breakfast) is situated in the perfect location for anyone wanting a beach holiday. Situated at the top of the hill in between 2 beaches, it literally takes a minute to walk to either side. Almost all bedrooms have a balcony or terrace with views of the beach! There are plenty of things to do such as surfing, watersports, there is a mini mountain Morro do Macaco which is a great trek and the views from the top are incredible, there are many other beaches nearby and another trail to another beach Taina. There is a mini forest by the beach so you have plenty of activities to do whilst you are there! The staff at the hotel are great, weather it is suggesting restaurants or places to go or booking activities and tours for guests they are always happy to help! We booked a trip through them to go scuba diving, it was brilliant. They are close to all the bars, restaurants so very easy to get around. All the rooms have en-suites and the breakfast is good, they have exotic fruits, bread, cheese and ham and some traditional Brazilian cakes and pastries. They also have family rooms and cater well for children. They also have parking spaces for those arriving by car. They also have a mini splash pool on the main terrace, it is great just to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset in the evenings. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Bombinhas.
