Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM, as well as from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM.
Quiet hours should be respected throughout the day on Sundays and public holidays.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and near the windows (if the apartment has a designated smoking area such as a balcony or terrace, smoking is allowed only in those areas).
Throwing objects from the balcony/terrace and/or windows is prohibited.
All electrical appliances must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
Personal belongings should not be left in the common hallway.
Outside guests are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Ringing doorbells of neighboring apartments should be avoided to prevent inconveniences.
Guests should not touch the valves or switches for the boilers.
Guests must follow the house rules listed above. While incidents may happen, guests are asked to handle appliances with care to ensure they remain in good condition for future guests. Any incidents may result in additional charges of up to EUR 500.00 .
The main entrance door should not be opened to anyone; if a staff member needs to check something inside the apartment, they will notify the guest in advance.
If guests need to dispose of garbage and are staying at the addresses Gundulićeva, Bogovićeva, Marulicev Trg, Petrinjska, or Šenoina, garbage can be disposed of in front of the main entrance door between 08:00 PM and 10:00 PM, except on Sundays. If guests are staying at another address, they can dispose of garbage in the containers located in front or behind the building at their convenience.
Should guests need to use early check-in or late check-out services, which may incur an additional charge, they must inform the property at least 24 hours in advance, as these services must be scheduled with the cleaning team based on availability. |
