Hotel is located just across Cathedrale in the main walking street, 2 minutes from Bascarsija. Parking is 160m away, price is 10e per day. Many bars, restaurants and shops around it. Room was excellent and the bathroom great. Very clean and cozy. Price was very acceptable. We have a good experience...

I stayed here with my boyfriend in april 2019. The location is the best, you can't be any closer to the center than this. The room and the bathroom were very clean and a good size. As a woman I liked the mirror with lights and the little round mirror for doing my makeup. We booked this on Booking. We also chose the breakfast included option, and you get what you need in a restaurant below the hotel. The staff was nice and answered us on viber when they weren't around. The TV in our room also had netflix which was great for cosy nights. We were staying in room 21 and is just like the pictures. If you needed any toilet paper, tea, coffee, towels etc. you took it from the little hallway. I very much recommend this stay, especially because of its location and nice room.

First of all Amina is the best host ever! She guided us everything perfectly. If you plan to come Sarajevo especially with your partner, it is a perfect safe place to stay. Location is perfect and close to bascarsija(center) and to many restaurants around. If i go again to sarajevo, i will definitely take this place again. The room was spacious and clean. Especially bathroom was very big and extra clean with underheating system. There was everything what we needed. We took our breakfast in one lovely coffee&pizza bar and it was delicious. Wifi was all the time available and it was fast.  Also services on TV as Netflix made us to stay inside more :))

This truly is a hidden gem in the walking district of Central Sarajevo. Amina and Mohamed went out of their way to make our stay an extremely pleasureable experience. They were professional, courteous, kind and were genuinely concerned about the quality of our stay.   The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable, quiet  and modern in all aspects. We would highly  recommend the Promenade Inn as I have no doubt that you will be as pleasantly surprised as we were.

The location is simply the best. We arrived after check-in time and the worker “Muhammed” made sure to direct us to reach the room and he met us with his own car our of his working hours. 
The room was very nice and quiet. Toilets were clean and the value of money was good. 
I do recommend it! 

We had a lovely weekend at the Promenade. The location is perfect and the owner Amina is wonderful. I somehow overpaid and she tracked me down and made sure I got my money back! She upgraded us from a standard room with a street view into a larger room with a sitting area and a perfect view of the Sacred Heart Cathedral. She also arranged airport transfers at a very reasonable price (the driver was also great - informative as well as entertaining). With the location, value, and service, there is no reason to look elsewhere for your stay in Sarajevo.

Note - there are no elevators because this is a historical building, This was not a problem for us but could be for persons with walking difficulties. We did have assistance in carrying our bags to the room and Amina offered us assistance when we were leaving as well.

We had a great stay in our first Sarajevo visit. Before arrival, we contact with Amina, and she was so kind and responsive. Answered all our questions with a great care. Since we had 3 days reservation, she arranged us both ways free transfer, so we did not have to think about arrival options to the apartment. When we landed to airport, we saw our name and followed the driver Mr. Mustafa (We learned he is father of Amina). He speaks great English, and also Turkish as well. During the way to the hotel, we never bored. He is very nice person, and while driving he also showed us the important buildings and gave us brief informations. We stopped in the city center, near the big cathedral. And Muhammet (We learned he is brother of Amina) help us to carry our luggage upstairs. After we met Amina, we understood that we made the best choice. Our room was great. One of the best cleaning quality we had during our life. The view was amazing with the cathedral. Everywhere (Attractions, tramway, restaurants) is walking distance. Complimentary water, snacks and coffee survived us while having a short recover after the flight. I read one guest wrote that it is noisy, but we never heard anything from outside, because the windows were great. Just you can hear the cathedral bell, nothing more. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a good sleep. And also the breakfast is a very big plus. You can chose from many options, so that you can try different menu every morning. Finally, i wanted to add that, Amina is a great host, and she is giving worldwide quality support and service. We feel the warmed of this nice family run hotel. Amina, thank you sooo much for everything, and we will always remember you while we see your birthday gift:)

First of all highest praises to Amina as very profesional host.She gave us 1 gratis night,because of the roof reconstruction noise.Perfect location and all the time available accessories like tea,coffie during stay.Amina was available for all informations.Room was very clean.I recommend.

Such an excellent place to stay in Sarajevo 

We booked an apartment from them by Hotels.com and when we arrived to the city, they never answered to door bell or any of several calls or messages. They didn't even answer to Hotels.com when they tried to call them, so Hotels.com had to get us a new apartment from a different hotel.

They only answered to their phone when I asked a local bartender to call their number. Never got any apologies or contact by them even afterwards. Seems like a fraud or a fake hotel.
