Location is really great, right at the Bascarsija region, the staff is friendly and it's cheap. But if you would like to go to bed before 3 AM, you should find another accommodation, because right below the hostel is a bar with very loud music.

Great location but no sleep

Very basic - floor, ceiling, walls, beds - but adequate if you don’t intend on spending much time there.  The WiFi works, the shared bathrooms are clean, and most of the staff are friendly.  The walls are thin, so do bring earplugs, but if you’re the kind of traveler who stays in this kind of place, you know that, right?  Also bring your own towel.

Perfectly adequate if you don’t expect to spend much time in your room

AWFULL, read the following: 

1. When we arrived we could not check in, as some guy (we dont know who as why he was in our room) were using our room. We first got our room at 23, even though we arrived after a long car trip at 17.00. 

2. The hotel is located on top of a bar, meaning that the music in our room was so loud, that you could fell the bed vibrating all night. 

3. Constant smell of smoke in the room, as the backyard is a shisha bar + the cigaret smoke from the bar below is penetrating the floor.

However, if you can live with the above mentioned, the hotel placed nicely, right next to the old town, and it is very cheap.

Despite of the comments we read about the Pansion Sebilj, we decided to stay there and were very positively surprised. The stuff was super helpful and friendly, the toilets were clean as well as the rooms. The noise from outside was definitely not disturbing and I consider it as normal for a place located in the energetic city center. Everywhere was super close, including the bus to airport, tunnel museum and bus station in Dobrinja. We could leave our luggage for the whole day without any problems. The coffee was good and what I like the most, is the Pansion is pet friendly! If you appreciate good places for good price, this is definitely a place for you :)

Nice stay for good price

Central location, very clean. Very nice and friendly staff.  It can be to loud during the weekend. I spent there one night and i m very satisfied with this property. Not to expensive. It is great choice for budget travelers.
