Guest House Time Out

The guest house is really centrally located in the Old City, in a narrow lane just a few metres from the City Hall (Vijecnica), 2-minute walk fom Bascarsija or 7-minute walk from Trg Austrije, where you can get when using trolleybus 103 from the vicinity of Sarajevo airport. All the rooms are situated in a courtyard with high walls, so you don´t hear so much noise from the street. The room was not very big, but sufficient enough with two beds, two armchairs, a coffee table, electric ventilator and heating radiator. It was quite cold by itself, so I didn´t even have to use the fan though the temperatures exceeded 30 degrees Celsius every day. The bathroom-toilet had a shower, washbasin and mirror. enough towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was served between 8.00 and 9.00 in a half-open lounge in the yard and every day it was very big with different dishes including local specialities, Tea and coffee to drink. The landlady is nice and helpful, always smiling. · Wifi was not very reliable. The guest house offers parking in the yard (which I didn´t need) but there were too many cars in that small area and for some guests it was a bit difficult to leave the yard with their cars - but better than parking somewhere in the street as in fact there is nowhere to put the car near the guest house.
