I booked this hotel at the recommendation of someone on a Balkan fb forum. Simple but very clean accommodations in a great location with private gated parking (must be reserved in advance). Leyla was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Simple but very clean accommodations in a perfect location

The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff was super helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is just perfect, a minute's walk from the main touristic area.

Very polite , English speaking staff. Clean room, good wifi, excellent location. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. Breakfast was good with vegetarian options. Staff helped me with cabs and directions, even offered me an umbrella for the rain. Would definitely stay here again and recommend as well to ithers

I was there with my family.Location was very good.Receptionist was very helpful and kind.Rooms are comfortable and clean.Breakfast was delicious and I had free wifi and parking.It is at very center of the city.You can have a nice walking tour along the river and Bascarsi and Sebil is one minute far.

Very Good Location

The location is very good just a short walk to the main attractions. The hotel states that all rooms have air conditioning this was not the case the first room were were given had a fan so we had to request another room. This would have been a major problem if no other rooms with aircon were available. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable with crisp white linen. We had an incident where there was no hot water and reported this to the young receptionist who just shrugged her shoulders, we had to ask to see the manager. The water was switched off during the night apparently this was citywide, however there was no warning or information about this. I needed a drink during the evening so went to receptionist nothing was available despite there beening a kitchen. Some of the staff were very warm and friendly and offered good advice on places to visit.

good location, basic rooms.

We have spent one night in this hotel, on the third floor where the shower cabin was broken. Although that was not our main concern. We knew that for this price we should not expect anything extraordinary. But as they have parking spaces as a given on your booking we parked our car in front of the hotel. The parking space should be enough for two cars, but they let 3 cars park there - meaning one car blocked our way out. We asked the receptionist in the evening to make sure we are not getting stucked in their 'garden', Because we had a fix program to follow. The receptionist made sure the key of the third car will be with her in the morning and she will assist us. Although a new receptionist was at the desk in the morning and she didn't know about the key or anything about our request. All in all we got stucked at the hall waiting for the owner of he third car to get back for 1 hour. The receptionists were more pissed of than us and not friendly. Offering a coffee might have helped to smooth down disappointed guests. The way their handled the situation was not professional at all. 

Unorganized Reception 

An extremely simple hotel, but on a good location. If you get it at a very low price, it is worth it. It is clean, the bed is ok, wifi works well. But don't expect anything more than that. You will get very basic furniture, no minibar, a TV that is sometimes working and sometimes not, and a breakfast which makes you go outside and have an excellent pita at one of the places nearby. 

You get what you pay for

The lady snapped at me "the payment is non-refundable" before I even looked at the room when I arrived. Took me by surprise so clearly she used to people wanting to change their minds when they see the room. Curtains don't fit the window and are sheer so pointless. Rooms are small and decorated back in the 70's. cracked mirror. Cramped bathroom. A set of "Hotel Rules" but nothing helpful for tourists like breakfast times or wifi password! 

Try somewhere else. Will definitely be friendlier.
