If you wish to stay in Mosta, this hotel is certainly the best choice you can do. 
Fantastically located in the heart of the old town, we were very warmly welcomed by Zoran who offered a welcome drink and showed us around. You are in the heart of the old town. The hotel is clean and spacious. I advice to get an dinner with their famous fish, the river truit. Really good. Great breakfast with a great service from Ivan too. We did appreciated our stay there and we will come back for sure !

Right in the middle of the old city with a magical ambience. Exceptional staff ever willing to assist. Rooms are clean complete with amenities you need. Very near to shops restaurants and the sights. We loved it.

Stayed at the hotel about a week ago.  We had 3 rooms and added the breakfast package.  The hotel is in a amazing location right next to the bridge.  Parking garage is very convenient right behind the hotel if you exit through the back. We didn't realize how close the parking was until the last day when we were leaving and the hotel staff helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was pretty good but nothing amazing.  The staff at the hotel is really great. Most of them speak at least 3 languages so definitely easy to communicate. There is a small crooked bridge outside the hotel and the bar at the end has live music almost every night and everyone ends up hanging outside and listening to music.  The rooms are very modern and the shower is great,
Overall great hotel and we will definitely stay here when we return.

We just got back from a two night stay at Kriva Cuprija (original location) and couldn’t have loved it more! The location is perfect, situated next to a waterfall by the Crooked Bridge, just 100 meters or so from the Old Bridge. The staff was SO friendly and helpful (especially delightful Yazzie) greeting us with fresh fruit and drinks, and explaining the hotel and the City to us before taking our bags to our room. We ate dinner in the first night and it was terrific, as was the breakfast for seven euros extra. Our rooms were gorgeous—beautifully and creatively designed, with lovely tile work, chandeliers and original art. The design juxtaposed clean modern lines with a very historic space in a way that feels both interesting and cohesive. I was traveling with my husband and two sons (6 & 11) and they all loved it too! I can’t imagine having had any other home base to explore magical Mostar. One note: they don’t accept credit cards, so be prepared with cash. The price is a terrific value for what you get though!

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights.The first thing that strikes you is how lovely everyone working here is from the ladies at reception to the gentlemen helping you with your bags to the ladies in housekeeping ,ye all are to be admired for being so cheerful and helpful.The hotel is so pretty with an old world charm that you would expect the bedrooms to be ,maybe old fashioned but not so,they are modern,bright and airy.We even got to watch the World Cup rugby on our flat screen tv!We would love to return some day.

This hotel is so beautiful, like a oase in the middle of historic Mostar, the excellent service and nice atmosphere, as well as the wonderful breakfast and views from the terrace makes it the best choice in Mostar

Delightful and Magical Location

Perfect room and hotel to enjoy Mostar

The layout of our room was great, but was lacking in some basic but key areas. 

The overhead shower was not working and the hand shower was not able to lock into position. Minor nuisance, but should be pretty easy to check in advance and fix. The temperature knob was also inverted.

The outside door was also very thin and offered little sound proofing from the live music at the pub next door which ended at midnight. If you’re traveling with children who need to sleep early, it’s probably a good idea to request a room with better sound proofing. 

The WiFi was also very unstable and would disconnect frequently. 

Other than that, the room and hotel was clean and pretty spacious and the air conditioner worked well. 

The breakfast was mediocre, but offered the usual eggs, rolls, sausages (no pork though), some fruit and an impressive amount of desserts. The coffee was not impressive.

The location was right in the heart of the old city which was great and very convenient to get to all the restaurants, cafes, bazaar and the famous bridge in minutes. 

As a side note, we didn’t get the option to pay by credit card. We were escorted to an ATM to take out cash.

Great location, but a few shortcomings

I made a non-refundable booking through Booking.com last November, for two rooms on April 28th.  I quickly realised my mistake, that I meant to book for Monday 29th.  I spent some time trying to get in contact with the hotel to make the change with them, with no success.  I was told as it was winter there weren't many staff around who had the authority to help me.  I also contacted Booking.com who said they would try to speak to the hotel to see if I could change it.  I heard nothing, so eventually went ahead and made a second booking for the Monday night (emailing the hotel to let them know), thinking the hotel would surely refund me for the Sunday.  Despite many emails and phone calls to the hotel I never managed to speak to a manager about it.  Today, I just spoke to someone who told me they would not refund any money for the night we\re not using.  Worse still, before we'd finished talking about it, although we'd been hearing each other perfectly well, she ended the call by saying "Hello?  Hello?" - implying she couldn't hear me anymore - and then put the phone down on me.

I do of course realise that writing this ahead of our stay could result in us being treated very poorly.  But I'm so disappointed that they are keeping money for a night we're not using when I made so many attempts last November to make the change with the hotel directly.  Yes, I made a non-refundable booking.  But I haven't cancelled it, I just changed it by one night.
