So that I don’t forget, this place has heated bathroom floors in the rooms! Though the Ha Hotel in Mostar, Bosnia/Herzegovena would appear to be a budget hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. We needed to have laundry done even though we weee there only one day. The front desk arranged for us to receive same day service and had it back before we needed to check out! I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. They went above and beyond in their effort to meet our unique needs. We wanted to go to dinner in the oldTown: our front desk friends saved address in our cell phones and told us where and how to park in a secure lot that is within walking distance from the pedestrian only old town. Bed was comfortable, room layout was great. Breakfast was simple yet very comfortable and offered nice selections. Parking was simple. We arrived too late to enjoy the pool and sauna. We saw these facilities and they were quite nice. Location was convenient for all we wanted to do
