I still struggle to understand why is this establishment called a hotel. It's tiny and the rooms are as basic as it gets in a hostel. The prices correspond to the concept. The walls are paper thin. I could never tell if the people were inside my room or next door - I could hear every word. For the New Year's Eve the party downstairs began in the early afternoon and there was no chance to rest. The reception has about half a square meter. The breakfast room is next door and the receptionist acts as a waitress. The food is OK though (probably the best feature of the place). 

The hotel is located within 15-20 min walk from the centre of Banja Luka. There are some basic stores around it so you can buy stuff, if needed. 

Another nice aspect is the staff friendliness. They are very nice folks so I feel somewhat guilty for the 2* review from that perspective. But the hotel really isn't worth your stay. There are many good alternatives in town and you should look into them - and it won't cost you much more. 

If it were a hostel, I would have liked it

Convenient when travel by car. Warm. Parking is under the hotel window. Internet. Quiet.

Breakfast: coffee and tea are not included!  Cocoa drink:(  Shower walls: tub water on the floor always. Dark in the bathroom.

location is ok, 15 minutes walk to the city center. Rooms are clean, wifi works, friendly staff, free parking spot. Decent breakfast but small breakfast room. 

Only negative is a little bathroom with a sloping roof above shower.

This friendly small hotel offers very clean and tidy bedrooms. We had a bathroom in the room that had a good shower.  The hotel is very near to the main road into Banjaluka but the double glazing and air-conditioning makes this a non-issue.  The bar and café on the ground floor was popular with the locals but all music is turned off at 11pm prompt.  The staff are extremely friendly and so helpful, including basic language lessons for us English in the mornings!  Breakfast was plentiful and they did not bat an eyelid when we produced our own teabags and asked for pots of hot water!  The centre of town was walkable in about 20 minutes and very picturesque.

Friendly hotel

This motel is very clean, staff is nice, heating and hot water is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful, includes ham, cheese, meat pate, milk creams, marmalade, butter, honey, tea, milk, yogurt, bread and fresh fruit (banana, oranges, kiwi, apple). Just few minutes walking from the hotel there is a huge supermarket Super Konzum, where you can buy anything you need, even cooked meals to bring. Also big cosmetic market DM, shoe shop Deichmann and pharmacy is located in the same building as food supermarket that I mentioned before. If you walk about 30 minutes down the street from the motel, you will arrive to the town center. I stayed in the room which was located on the quite side, so sleep quality was great. There are rooms which are located on the side right beside the busy main road, so if you get that kind of room, I guess it would be good that you bring ear plugs, if you have light sleep.
