Really lovely owners with comfy rooms and warm beds. RIGHT on the beach! Not far from port. Basic but everything is on the island! They were very helpful with everything and amending our booking was very easy! (Although try to just turn up without booking you may get a better deal) 

While as mentioned in other reviews the place is not quite finished, we were given a choice of rooms and chose one with an amazing view of the beach. The owners were helpful and smiley. The room was clean and there were lots of blankets. 

Nice rooms, with great views over the beach and bay. The even have hot water, which is something that shouldn't be underestimated in such a place.
Only reason not to give 5 stars is that considering that part of the place is still under construction, it's to expensive.

We stayed for 1 night and booked the rooms with private bathroom. The rooms were very nice also very basic and same for the shower + toilet. The hostel is new and the owner is super friendly. He s so proud of his Hostal you can ask him anything. The other rooms are very good too but the shower/toiled are outside. You have direct access to the beach and they provide some long chairs. There are some shops and restaurants in the village.

Very nice room with seaview

We stayed here for 2 nights. When I was booking it, the overall score for the hotel was 8 out of 10 and "Amazing"... Well, not quite, but nice. I really cannot give it more than 3 out of 5 because the hotel is really very basic and not even completely finished. From what I saw, all rooms are private and I think 1 has a working bathroom inside. Others share a bathroom facility outdoors. Our room had a little nook with a door where the bathroom would go, but it wasn't finished. We had 2 beds and 2 wooden chairs in the room - that's it, not even a hook. A hook would really be nice! haha
You can't beat the location and the view though. It's on a beach on the opposite side from where the boats land. All rooms have a view of the water - which is nice!
The bathroom is kept clean and the water is hot. 

The owners (a man and a lady - I assume a couple) were so cute and friendly! The lady came to the boat to meet us with a handmade sign and had the hardest time pronouncing my husband's name (Jonathan) because of the "J", but once we said it, she remembered it and used it to call both of us... haha.They also made coca tea if you ask them. 

Even though I'm giving it a 3, I highly recommend this hostel as it's a perfect place for "unplugging". A lot of people choose to stay at the south end of the island, but I'm glad that we didn't. It's way too overdeveloped and busy. If you want so nature 101, come to the north!
