It's a room in a shared apartment, with four rooms, two shared bathrooms and one kitchen. It's clean and nice, BUT there's no basic services that, accordingly to their profile, they should be included.

To begin with, breakfast and hotel bar soaps are not included. So, you have to buy your own soap, and look for your breakfast. 

The check-in was disappointing. As the room is in an apartment into an apartment building, there's no a 24-hour front desk. We arrived to the building but no one was there to receive us. We tried with two or three phone numbers but nobody answered. Luckily, the building janitor hear us and gave us a phone number that finally worked. Since we arrived until the hotel's guy meet with us, we lost almost one hour, tired and bored, outside the building.

The profile says that taxes are included but it's not true. They charged us taxes too. 

In short, the room was clean, but the experience as clients was awful. Look for a real hotel instead.

This place is an apartment that has been turned into a hostel. There is always a staff member there but don't expect a conventional hotel with a reception desk, think more along the lines of air b&b. The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern and the beds are so comfortable! Feels more like you're at home then some dingy little hostel and for this reason I loved having somewhere nice and private to stay for a change. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are also very modern and clean and the included breakfast was good. The staff are also really great and super helpful! The location is really good, in the CBD area so lots of city conveniences close by but a long walk from the older, touristy part of town.
