While it was central and regular references, my stay (1 night) was amazing, a messy room, near the windows literally mushrooms, the rain came in through the window and wet the bed, we tried to move the bed that we couldn't and we just had to wait for dawn to get out.

The pesadilla is a pesadilla.

It is just two blocks from the square, it is a reasonable price, the care and rooms are excellent, a refrigerator with elements in each room.

Good price for good location.

Friendly staff and great service, central location, nice breakfast, dependable hot water, and consistently available WiFi—Felipez Hotel provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Room was bright, cheery, spotlessly clean, with a view of the city and mountains. Staff members are attentive to guests’ needs, answering questions and providing helpful information. A mini-refrigerator in the room was a real plus and the hotel has an elevator which is an asset for “tercera edad” travelers.

Excellent value, very comfortable stay

Good hotel, clean, cute, medium location. The bad, the poor and poorly served breakfast, for the price of the rooms must give a better breakfast, toasted and cookies is not enough. The rooms are clean and beautiful and the cheap and varied refrigerator, on both sides.

Buen Hotel, with a very good design.

Room was clean, shower was hot & had great pressure (for Bolivia), great bed, in a perfect location to explore, has luggage storage if needed. Only downside would of been the wifi, connection is only available in reception lobby of hotel, not in the rooms. 

Basic Hotel

Located 200 meters from the beautiful main square of Cochabamba, this is a basic but comfortable hotel although our room had no air conditioning or heating but we didn't need it, clean and bright rooms recommended when traveling with a budget.

A well-established, low-cost hotel.

We were both in this hotel one night. After an unfriendly greeting, the room initially looked fine. However, the fridge burst all night, the window to the street could not be closed, and the walls were so bright that no one could see. The worst (because the loudest hotel) of our trip to Bolivia...

Unfriendly and loud

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price and was fresh and delicious. The hotel is located very close to the beautiful plazas and the Christo is also within walking distance.

Bolivia is on a desperate journey.

The Felipez Hotel is a decent hotel close to the main square, which was a draw for me.

The room came with a small refrigerator and a TV (never used it).  There's also wifi here and the signal was fine.  One negative was that there isn't AC or a ceiling fan and the window didn't have a screen (and there are mosquitoes here at night).  Because of this, it could be a bit warm in the room at times.

I'm not sure if breakfast was offered, but I always prepare my own meals anyway.

The room itself was clean and the maids offered to clean the room every day.  There was hot water for the shower as well and the bathroom was quite clean.

Since it's in center of town, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Also, there are views from the room, so the higher floors could be better for nicer views (I was on the 3rd floor and had a nice view).

All in all, it worked out well enough for my 3-day stay in the city.
