Our motorcycle tour group came here for two nights.  Location is a few kilometres out of town, but with a great elevated view of the airport.  Facilities and food were very good.  WiFi here is a bit different - the code that they give you is the Voucher Code for intranet login (ignore username and password fields), and you need a separate code for each device.  There was no automatic cleaning of room (new towels etc) after our first night.

Very good but for lack of cleaning to room after first night of our two night stay

The place has very good views of the Paro Dzong, Watch tower museum and the Paro Airport. The Dzong and the watch tower is lit up during the evening and into the night, and the sight is must see from this hotel. It also has great mountain views, and almost all the rooms have good sitting areas outside of the rooms for enjoying these views.
The accommodation and the facilities are spread out, and it is definitely a big plus for those people who like personal space. 
The restaurant itself was very accommodative and they made us a curated meals most for most of our stay. The chef seems to be prepare good food for dinner.
The breakfast was a little off color due to very limited options, it could also be a problem on our side as we had no clear menu to chose from, may be they would have accommodated if we had made special requests.
Their website says their spa is under renovation, however spa was functional. A special shootout to the therapist at the spa, this was one of the best massages I have had in quite a while.
The washrooms are quite large, and have a heater in them. It was really helpful as the place got cold during nights and mornings. There is no operate shower area, but it has a bath tub. The washroom looked and was very basic, but functional.

Pros
The views are very good from the rooms and also the dining place.
The food was decent, and staff are very accommodative.
The rooms are large and has good amenities. 

Cons.
Too many steps everywhere. If there are people who have trouble climbing stairs or inclined surfaces, they should avoid the place, or at least request for a room closer to the restaurant. 
The staff were very helpful, but in the present times it looked unhygienic as couple of people in the restaurant were constantly coughing, and did not even wear masks. At times like this, where travelers are a little paranoid about germs, it can help if the management makes people working with guests, especially in dining areas to mandatorily wear masks.
it is little far from the town center, and it is not easy to find rides to the town center. Distance wise it is just about 3.5 km from the town center, however it is not easy to travel around on your own.


Good Rooms, Good Views, Away from the town

3.5 stars. Staff is indeed very friendly. 
Room is very large and comfortable enough. But do note that rooms do not have internationally- compatible electrical outlets, and hotel does not provide adaptors. Food is alright, but beer is warm. Wifi is rather weak, and as always, Chinese tourists are noisy. Location is conveniently 10 minutes from airport. Overall not a bad choice for a last night in Bhutan. Just bring an adaptor and ear plugs which hopefully you won't need. 

It's pretty good overall

It was very cold the night I arrived and the heating took some time in kicking in.
Food was mediocre.
Views made up for that, although I would have preferred a second floor balcony room. You get no choice in Bhutan.
All in all, OK stay but my least favorite hotel in Bhutan, it is just not charming or special in any way.

Had some issues with heating and noise from neighbors, but overall an OK stay.

After staying at a very mediocre hotel in Panakhu, I was wondering if I needed to ditch our reservations in Paro (included in our daily travel costs) & upgrade to Le Meridien ($300/night) for our last few nights in Bhutan.  The hotel sits on the hillside overlooking the city and the airport.  The reception area is not too impressive, but the rooms are great.

The rooms are large, well-appointed and have spectacular views of the Dzong and national museum, which are lit up at night.  Heat worked extremely well, so we were quite comfortable; also water pressure is very good.  We had a ground floor room, so people walking by could see in when we had the drapes open, but it was a rare occurrence. Although you overlook the airport, no issue with noise (mainly because there are so few flights and none in the late day or evening).  We were at the topmost building, so the walk down to the main reception/dining room at night can be a little treacherous.  We took the longer route along the paved road and had no difficulties.

The food did not match the rest of the experience.  The buffet was quite dismal:  very few offerings (pasta dish, fish, perhaps another dish, plus side dishes) and not great quality. Service was a little dour. After the first night, we had our guide take us into town for local food.  That was so much better (it was still included in our tour costs, but would have absolutely been worth the small extra cost if it hadn't).

Overall a very pleasant experience, especially when you go elsewhere for food.

Beautiful room with great views

As the title says, the view and rooms are beautiful.  Note that the resort is situated on the mountain side.  You have to climb stairs to get to your room.  If that's a issue for you, this place may not be appropriate for you.  Breakfast buffet was OK.

Nice view, beautiful room

Room was very comfortable, and also cosy during the night with the heaters.  What I enjoyed most was sitting on the balcony at dawn and dusk;  great to see the mountains at the end of Paro valley in the morning, and also admire the floodlit Paro Dzong in the evening.  Also good views of the aircraft movements at Paro airport.  On the second day, the chef kindly custom cooked me some porridge, which was much appreciated.

Comfortable Room with Great Paro Valley Views

The views of the Paro airport, Paro Dzong & Paro Valley are stunning. I never wanted to leave the room. The staff are attentive & very responsive. Our room was right at the top & I found the walk a bit difficult. The hotel is designed very well. But the food can be made tastier.

Stunning views & design

The rooms in the resort all have excellent view of the Airport, Paro valley, and Paro Zong and watch tower. One can just sit in the balcony and enjoy the view in silence from the privacy of the room and relax. The view is unparallel from any other location.

The food is good. And all the staff are very helpful and courteous. 

The resort is conveniently located on a hill top opposite the airport. Paro town is small and hence all other locations are nearby. 

Excellent location and view

The hotel.is the place to be in Paro. The view is great and airport is right opposite. So viewing the takeoff and landing is easy.

The rooms are large and airy with a big balcony. The pressure in the bath is fantastic. Required after your tiger nest trek.

The breakfast is nice. The staff is very cooperative and smiling.
