Guests are asked to take notice that from 01.11.2024 until 15.03.2025 reception will operate as follows: from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM. In case of clients arriving outside these hours, there is a contact number at the units entrance where they should call. Clients must also inform the arrival time at the unit upon the bookings is made

Guests are asked to inform TURIM Algarve Mor Hotel in advance of the expected arrival time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are asked to note that reservations of 4 or more apartments are subject to different policies.

Additional health and safety measures: Cleaning and change of towels takes place every 3 nights. Change of bed linen once a week for stays longer than 6 days. Dishwashing is not included. Additional change of towels, bed linen and apartment cleaning service is always available, by appointment at reception. More information available at check-in.

The tax is charged to guests over 12 years old.

The music festival will be held from July 3 to July 5, 2026 inclusive. There may be inconveniences associated with the preparation for the event. The dates indicated are approximate and may be changed in other periods.
