This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the double bed is located on a mezzanine level. This is accessible via a staircase and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not accepted. It is not permitted to hold parties in the apartment. Guests must leave the apartment as clean as upon arrival. Before check-out, please wash and put away the dishes, leave dirty laundry on the floor, empty the bins and clean up any crumbs. Please note that if the apartment is rented by 2 guests who use both the bed and the sofa bed, an additional EUR 15 bed linen charge will apply.
