Please inform Residence Enzo Paradise in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in between 15:00 and 17:00 is free upon prior request. Check-in is between 17:00 and 19:00. Late check-in has an additional charge of EUR 20 from 19:00 to 21:00 and EUR 50 from 21:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, the property offers automatic check-in. Please note that the supplement for pets is charged according to their weight. For cats and dogs weighing less than 5 kg, this charge is EUR 5 per day. For cats and dogs weighing between 5 and 10 kg, the supplement is EUR 10. Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit can be requested remotely or on site the day before or on the day of arrival in the form of an imprint of your credit card. Cancellation will be made within a maximum of 7 days after your departure. Parties are prohibited at this establishment. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.
