You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. If you or the room guests are classified as preliminary or confirmed case during the stay, additional fees for third-party professional deep cleaning and disinfection treatment will be charged.

Foreign guests will be charged a deposit of HKD 1000.00 per stay per room, for others – HKD 500.00
