You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Departure at the end of the stay must be at 11:00 a.m. and at 8:00 p.m. at the latest on request in advance one week before arrival. Bed sheets, duvet covers and towels are not provided by the accommodation and are to be brought by the guests themselves. Water, electricity, heating lead to the following consumption and incur additional costs. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10 euros per pet, per night applies.
