An absolutely lovely room and amazing bathroom in a private home. Jo,  the host was so helpful with information. There was so much choice at breakfast you really feel spoilt. I would recommend this b&b very highly.

Our few minor points:

- TV's in the room are a bit small and not up to pair with the grandness of the rooms, especially when you want to watch from your bed
- noises can be heard from the inside and outside, however ear plugs are available for use

Lovely B&B with superb location

So glad we discovered Manior Jopa.  Our stay was delightful from the minute Joke and Patrick welcomed us at the door and made us a cup of tea. They made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable and memorable time, they were really so helpful and charming.  We followed their recommendation for supper at a local restaurant and it was superb.  Great attention to detail has been given to the design and decoration throughout the house, it is stylish but not oppressively so, you still feel very much at home.  Our room was spacious, restful and the bed was amazingly comfortable.  The linen was immaculate.  The bathroom was pristine and full of natural light.  Joke provided a very generous and varied breakfast, we sadly did not have room for her bacon & eggs.   The Manoir is very well located for visiting Ieper and the surrounding area.  Alas, we could only stay one night this time, but hope to return.

Really lovely B&B

Manoir Jopa is a new house with 2 B&B Rooms on the third level. Jo and Patrick made me fell very much at home and could not do enough to help me. The room was spacious and well appointed. The downstairs lounge and kitchen were available for use and the drinks fridges were well stocked. There is off-street parking at the rear. The B&B is ideally suited for those undertaking Western front Battlefield tours with Ypres about 10 minutes away. My only complaints would be the steep narrow stairs - a bit awkward with a suitcase - and the early morning road noise in the front room. I suggest requesting the rear room!

Manoir Jopa Battlefields Visit

it's hard to find the words to summarise and review this little jewel of a B&B. Location wise, it was perfect for all of the places we wanted to visit in the area. A short drive from Iepre and within walking or cycling distance from other places on the Salient such as Zonnebeke and Paschaendale.
It is a beautifully designed and purpose built house which is the home of the owners. Classy and elegant but with a comfortable and homely feel. To say it was spotless would be an understatement. Large, airy bedrooms and beautifully appointed shower rooms en suite are just the start. Crips white bed linen adds to the overall feel and enormous soft beds. Complimentary water in the rooms and chocolates to make you feel special along with handwritten greeting cards and a drink on arrival. Breakfast is a fabulous feast of fresh warm bread and Joke changes the menu every day to keep it fresh and interesting, although if she finds out you have a favourite item, she ensures it is available for you
What makes it really special though is the effort that Joke and Patrick put into ensuring that every aspect of your stay is perfect and stress free. Need to know about the local area? Maps for walking and cycling along with brochures and leaflets for your use are there for you. Need to eat locally? A telephone reservation is made for you and details printed off for your convenience. Their warmth and hospitality are second to none-to say they go above and beyond any expectations doesn't do them justice. Thank you for allowing us into your home and your family. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.
