Please be careful!!!!!! we had booked two double rooms from 15.08-17.08.2022.We were booked the entire amount in advance.Unfortunately we were in front of locked doors. Our calls and calls were not heard, although the hotel sent us an email with phone number days earlier. The number also does not exist.

This hotel doesn't exist.

The hotel Le Relais is ideally located in the centre of Spa, close to access points, shops and tourist activities; it is quiet and the price-quality ratio makes it an interesting accommodation solution, even during the high tourist season.

Central Hotel in Spa

I wanted to have a good weekend at a spa and so I went to this hotel with attractive prices and very nice photos at the room level. As soon as I arrived I could see that the photos had nothing to do with reality, old room, old TV, the rooms should be renovated. I also wanted to take advantage of the services of this establishment at the restaurant level, I was very disappointed, because very simple dish of average quality and the boss unpleasant. In a word, a place to avoid.

What to Avoid

Very disappointed... indicates breakfast included off the spot it is not the case. we are a very good customer and during a booking error no deal could be found off we just had to change the date. the gentleman on the phone is not pleasant and transferred us back to the site. the gentleman clearly said that his no use sending an email to their mailbox because he does not even look at it!!! mr will recognize himself....

Reservation

We had booked a night for a stay at the spa spa spa. It's not easy to find a place to park. There's no reception, you have to go through the nearby cafe to be welcomed. There's no elevator and we had to go up three floors with a heavy suitcase. We had room 10. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the bathroom heater didn't work either (it turns on but turns off after 2-3 minutes). The TV was working but the picture was blurred (not bearable). The room was very cold, the heating didn't work very well. The only positive point is that we slept well (: Of course) despite a box hour at night.

Not a terrible hotel

Perfectly located hotel for weekend visit of thermal baths and surrounding area. Warmly welcomed by owner in downstairs chocolate shop with helpful advice on parking, restaurants, and baths. Triple room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate two foldaway beds for our kids - ages 6 and 11. Coffee and tea in the room appreciated. Breakfast was good and plentiful with well-stocked croissants and boiled eggs. Note that baths are open to children 6 and above but may need to show ID as minimum age is enforced. Kids enjoyed it but quite deep for non-swimmers.

Pleasant stay in Spa

The room was at the very top of the building, too small and there was no air conditioning so the heat inside made the it uninhabitable.
Too expensive for the quality and size of the room.

Terrible experience

No shower apples, TV doesn't work, sink sliding, damp spots on the ceiling, mat filled with spots, sunbathing... the bedding was right and the hotel is well located!!! I paid 70 euros, it was worth 45 to break everything.....

This is a messy room.

It is scandalous to offer rooms in this condition.The list of negative points is so long that it is impossible to list them all. The hotel has been bathing in its juice for a long time and it is high time to invest in renovating it from scratch. Room 11 is small and overlooks the flat roof, backyards of neighboring buildings and ventilation groups. The materials, coatings, finishes are either damaged or of poor quality.

Hot shady hotel

Old hotel: no heating, tiny bathroom, questionable cleanliness, bed in poor condition, apart from its location, this hotel has nothing good.
