The Ostend Hotel is a friendly, modern & comfortable run hotel in the heart of the beautiful fishing port of Ostend, the rooms are very clean (cleaned every day) and the atmosphere is very pleasant, staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble and very friendly always with a smile on their face, the restaurant is very inviting as has a variety of food and very well presented & clean, I cannot express how lovely this hotel and staff are, it must be doing something right as my parents first came in 1963 are are still coming as are my children, 4 generations of my family have all experienced this amazing hotel, we have stayed in other hotels but always come back to this one and recommend it to friends, we came Xmas as we have before and they couldn’t do enough for you, also the entertainment was brilliant, so thank you to Alex and his team for an amazing experience at the Ostend Hotel, Lisa Hurford & family.
