Great place with lovely breakfast and amazing host. We only stayed one night as a stop over on our way to Germany but we found it very comfortable and in a great location both to visit the city as well as getting in and out. We had a room on the second floor at the back of the house and it was very quite and comfortable. There was water, shampoos etc, lots of towels and everything one needs.

We loved our short stay. The room was cosy, great bed, quiet room and location oberall. Linda, the host, was lovely. Location was perfect for us. We could not eat th whole breakfast :) all in all, it was tops.

Perfect place for a short stay in Ghent.
Good location, 20 minute walk to centre.  Nice room and good breakfast. Owner is very helpful giving helpful advice. Parking available opposite at about 5 euros for24 hours.

We stayed here with our son in a room (really two large rooms) and three beds. Nice room, close to Art Museum, and really cheap parking (€5.50 for 24 hours). Great breakfast with lovely view out to garden. Bit of a walk into town but we liked this as it's an interesting route, past the Vorhuit, across canals etc. Linda was very welcoming and helpful. Far better than staying in an anonymous Hotel. Try Amadeus for all you can eat ribs and any bar for some excellent Belgian Beer. Thanks Linda.

I stayed here for two nights. It is located within 20 minutes
walking distance of Ghent station. It is also about 20 minutes
walking distance from the city centre. However, it is pleasanter
to walk along the canal which takes longer, but much more
interesting than the direct route. Linda your host is very helpful
and pleasant. Breakfast is very good with the breakfast room
looking out onto a garden. It is good value for money. Room
comfortable. WiFi works well. Steep stairs may concern some
people. The B&B is located in a university student area and the
students can get noisy in the evenings, but I found that if you
closed the window you could not hear them.  Very good value
for money. Strongly recommended.

Overnight Stop

I was really quite disappointed by this BnB. I had a standard room and spent three nights. Not sure if it is a Belgian thing, however, I have been in a few BnB's and hotels around the world and I expected for instance a kettle in the room, there was nothing. No TV. The shower was always cold, I had to run it for 40 minutes one night just to get hot water, which lasted for a couple of minutes. Breakfast wasn't great.  Nothing was cooked except a boiled egg. The fruit wasn't fresh, it had clearly been sitting for a few days. And, all that was left was a basket of mini croissants and rolls with some spreads. No cereal at all. No cooked meal. Linda did go out of her way to get me soya milk for my tea, which I appreciated.  The only positive was that it is in a very good location, close to the university, a bit of a walk into the city centre but a bus stop right outside. It's not very accessible, three flights of steep stairs so be warned if you have mobility issues.
