Stayed at the hotel for one night and when checking out I was asked for payment again. I paid but then overhead another guests saying that he has been charged twice for his room. Once when booking online and again when checking out. I checked my bank account and realised I have actually already paid for my room on reservation. I notify the lady who proceseed the payment at check out. She reassured me that it was a mistake and although she cannot do the refund herself that their accountant will reimburse my money the next day. It's now been 10 days and no money reimbursed and two emails I sent ignored. I made the booking via booking.com.
I feel very disappointed about the dishonesty. Especially that the hotel itself was too much money for what it was. Room tiny and claustrophobic. Super thin walls, could hear other guests' snoring throughout the night. A very unpleasant stay made worse by being ripped off. 
Keep away! Lots of nice accommodation 2 minutes down the road, in Durby town.

Be careful they double charge you and then ignore your emails.

Check in at 6pm.nice bar which seems to be closed. Bar was closed in the evening and not kitchen staff is no longer there  The entourage was quite disappointing to us. some overdue maintenance and very noisy. Walking distance to the activities and 3km to the main restaurants. Clean bedding and that's all. Not again

Ideally located, at the entrance of Durbuy, with a large parking lot, very nice and large hostel with spacious rooms (of various compositions). Large terrace on the side.... to recommend for groups, families, sports clubs...we really feel comfortable in the rooms.....

Super comfortable place to sleep.

We stayed 2 nights in a 3 personsbedroom. It is a comfortabel room with good beds, nice shower, wifi and tv (ook met zender Eén). The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is good. It's a nice walk of 2 km to the city centre of Durbuy.

Ideal for short stay

+: Staff is attentive and attentive. The hotel is ideally located in comparison to Durbuy, free parking is appreciated. Q/P ratio is right for the area. Simple but complete lunch. (sweet/salted) -: Satisfied overall. Our room was a bit tight, and the sdb glass sliding door is not top for the noises of amenities.

Simple and proper for a short stay.

Hotel with a good quality price ratio for one night. Clean and spacious enough rooms. Very nice lunch. Buffet with basic products. Nice situation compared to Durbuy.

Very good price ratio

53 euros for two in a mixed dormitory with a well-suited, clean and functional site, lunch included of good quality in a very pleasant setting with a very nice service, door opening outside parking and room with magnetic card also provided to supply the electricity of the room by contact box in the wall, common shower, multiple sink, multiple wc all well maintained, in the rooms at the entrance of the boxes to store his belongings, walls, the wifi kit that passes the bag very well and very convenient with ear hood, hood, wipes and shower soap, a kit person who occupies the room, by lacking a room, at 6 heating room price must be very high price per place, this too, lunch, extra proximity to allow for lunch to be easily accessed, but not even via ravels + 2 calms or a ravels which can not be bought on the foot of the bicycle racket, a kit person who can see the room, with the lack of a heater, at 6 bedroom price must be very high, it really can not say anything, with the price of the restaurant, but not even

good quality hostel price close to the city

The rooms are adequate but relatively small.
As with a lot of lower budget hotels you have too little space to put your stuff.
The beds are ok, Staff is friendly.
It's in the French speaking part of Belgium but a lot of the staff also speak decent Dutch (or are native Flemish speakers).
The hotel is aimed at the sporting types, has free parking, good bar and restaurant/grill.
The free wifi is OK but it doesn't allow you to access e-mail in a secured manner as is common these days.
You get a 10% discount on several of the activities such as kayak and adventure park which is also owned by LPM but you must mention it before paying!!!

Good value for money but don't expect too much

We spent one night in this small hotel. It was very quiet. Large free parking lot. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast in the form of a buffet. After a good night and a good breakfast, we were ready to face the cold. There was nothing negative to report at the hotel level. I looked for but I found nothing. The points were more than positive... their staff. Available, nice and very smiling. We'll be back:-)

It's perfect!

Call it convenient, no luxury, just basics. A plastic curtain around the shower and a glass door in front of the toilet are not just anyone´s preferences. It´s location is good for those who want to avoid Durbuy´s inconvenient weekend traffic jams and lack of parking area. It is for those who like a good 15 minute walk into the city, it is not for those who don´t like the walk. Therefore rating is all about what you find important and what not. The people are great, friendly and helpful, the restaurant serves some very good food, the barbecue is exquisite.
