Part of the plate I ordered from the restaurant was full of sand (the mushrooms). The waiter didn't even take the opportunity to say sorry or change the plate. The price of the plate was too expensive compared to the quality of the plate (33 euros) for a small piece of frozen fish with mushrooms. The price was unreliable because it needed to add a few euros more at the end of the dish presentation on the room (the menu). In the card there was no light at the ceiling (the central light). The water in the bathroom was not as hot as it should be.

Hotel and restaurant

The room and bathroom were neat and very clean, the breakfast rich and delicious, the services were competent and all very friendly and the dinner on the beautiful terrace excellent, so to recommend.

Very nice and cozy hotel

Broken shower on the corner of the sink, foot cut, moderately friendly staff, inability to have a drink on the terrace after 10pm basic breakfast, very narrow bathroom, noisy hotel street due to a lot of traffic and pavement.

No more work

On the 9th we went to Durbuy and as usual we went to eat at the restaurant The Old Bridge. Except this time we were forced to eat on the terrace between the smokers svp. I had asked to eat inside but not possible. The waiter moved us to the other side of the terrace. We thought it was the terrace part or you don't smoke like you can't eat inside but no... it didn't take 10 minutes before my dear table neighbor lit up between each dish, a cigarette. Besides the dishes were really badly taken: I had the trout with the butter sauce (I'm looking for the beetroot) and the fries were very hard.

Very disappointed

We had opted for this restaurant because of the setting and the tempting menu but we were more than disappointed with the quality of the dishes ordered: Cheese croquettes: probably frozen on a large area, even not accompanied by salad or something (14€ for 2!).

It's disgusting.

The room is a little dark, breakfast a little narrow to stay more than 2 nights but a very clean and friendly hotel.

Mid-week with the family.

Bad check-in (no hotel info, WLAN breakfast etc...). Unfriendly service. Noisy music from the restaurant until shortly before midnight. Price/performance (about 100€ including breakfast) not justified.

I'm very disappointed in this hotel. The room looks pretty but you don't have to look too ready. We were in room 7. It's too dark in the room. The bathroom is very old. The shower water flows out of the holes, the tiles are cracked, it needs to be reviewed, there's a moisture stain on the furniture, there's a trace of limestone in the bathroom basin, no VMC and so the moisture in the bathroom is impossible to dry out, the light outside the window which attracts insects during part of the night which prevents us from opening the window and since there's no need for air conditioning, there's a trace of hand in the bathroom sink, no VMC and so the humidity in the bathroom is impossible to dry out, the light outside the window which attracts insects during part of the night which prevents us from opening the window and since there's no need for moisture in the room, there's no trace of hand in the bathroom sink, no VMC and so the humidity in

Hotel is a must see.

I loved very good lunch and everybody and very kind we'll be back I highly recommend it and then very nice village hemp very clean little bathroom little little coffee in the bedroom very well

Very happy.

The restaurant is too expensive for low-end products, only the staff is very nice, we expect a better rate but given the situation with the covid I don't want them to be too angry
