This was an odd place. I drove past it looking for a hotel. It looks more like a block of flats. We pre booked parking as there were three bikes and a car but the car could have found a space on the road for free but not in high season as it’s very close to the beach which is stunning. The hotel is not manned all the time and there is no bar or restaurant. Everything is available in vending machines. The rooms were spotless it just lacked character. It was where we wanted to be so it was fine and the staff were very understanding when we had a problem with one of the bikes which had to be recovered. De Haan is a wonderful place and we would definitely return.
