We booked 5 rooms 6 months ago. 4 classic rooms and a comfort. We arrived at 2:50 for check-in, we were asked to come back at 3:00. We returned at 5:30. A classic room was okay even if there was no toilet paper, and the comfort room was replaced by a disabled room. It was impossible to change the entire hotel card. As for the other 3 rooms, the housekeeping was not done and we still couldn't get the keys back. So we went to our concert without taking a shower. The young girl was very kind and very disturbed, as far as the gentleman was concerned, he was very uncomfortable and didn't understand our satisfaction. So we offered to get back to the hotel during the lunch, but we had to go back to the room to get the keys. So we decided to go back to the room to get the rest of the room, but we had to go back to the room to get the rest of the room to get the rest of the room.

Let go of desire

Cold house, dirty room with hair on the sink and sink, dirty floor, unchanged toilet paper, poorly cleaned glass, poorly insulated rooms, insured wake up at 7am after the garbage truck passes, unsecured parking because the door is broken and unrepaired, spend your money elsewhere.

B&b to be carefully avoided;

▪️The bed was very good, quality price ratio ok. ▪️The fact that the hotel was close to the city, there was a lot of noise at night (cars, people screaming in the street, work noise at 6:30 in the morning. The cleanliness was not impeccable. We arrived, we rang and no one, so we called the hotel that gave us a code to enter and a text later with the room number. Until then we were still alone in a hall with two staircases. The room that was supposed to be open was closed, so we contacted the number on the reservation and the departure was cancelled. So in sum, if we hadn't gotten to all these difficulties we would not have seen our arrival without any doubts or disorganized or disorganized people.

Surreal, poorly organized, but drinking for one night

As good as the location is, the services offered by this b&b are completely nonexistent. On arrival we can only enter because the entrance door has been left open by another guest. In the absence of staff, we call the phone number indicated on the reservation; they tell us they would send a text message with all the information to access our rooms and so they do. Here we find heating off (in the middle of winter), curtains broken and the door handle faulty, with the result that for the whole night the door will not be able to be locked. Finally, despite having asked the owner to be there the next morning to charge us, this not only does not appear but does not even send an information message or an apology. It is not a certain professional behavior!

Non-existent staff

The position is nice and close to the public transports. During the stay all nights with terrible noises due to the boiler inside the room. The bathroom is located inside the room. TV and electric cables pass through the room. Shower with scotch tape

Good position, a lot of noises and poor conditions of the structures

Before I made any reservation, I've checked carefully map location, due to my schedule. It was very convenient, and close to everything I needed.
By the time I had landed to Charleroi Airport, I've received an email from B&B . It was the receipt, and some info about the apartment. At the end of the email, there was a notice, which I found a bit strange:

PS: As it is a bed and breakfast, it is normal that we are not 100% of our time in the house. As normal people, we have kids, activities and obligations...

It is actually a bed and breakfast, but when you expect clients, who already pay for some services, they don't care about your activities or obligations.
Also when you expect clients, room should be completely ready, and warm. Although I've upgraded my room to a suite, ( which was not a suite), realized that room had the same temperature as outside... 0 C... Also bathtub and toilette was completely open..no doors.....
Nevertheless, heating was working , some lovely cafes and bistros, were very close, in a walking distance from the apartment, metro station 5 min, and Louise Avenue in the next corner! 
Found the location very convenient for both business or leisure trip.

First time in Brussels

I recently stayed at B&B Louise in Brussels and posted an honest review about the amenities on Booking.com. The resulting response I received via private email was rude and insulting, and completely different from their public response on Booking.com
(see the screenshots of the full communication thread below).

My room (no. 1) was bright, roomy and with a comfortable bed and the location was very good for access to Avenue Louise and for public transport.

However, it was too bright at night (street lighting coming through the venetian blinds), the shower was faulty, and there was no breakfast on offer though their profile clearly stated "A buffet-style breakfast awaits you every morning". I actually requested the breakfast in advance, and was told that it was not available, despite the website's information to the contrary. Furthermore, no-one had informed me that there was a communal kettle provided, and even though I looked for one in the communal area, I couldn't find one.

I've posted this review and transcript here in the hope that B&B Louise will update their information accordingly and improve their rather childish response to constructive criticism.

NOT a B&B and an insulting private email response from staff to my Booking.com review

We stayed here for one night during a visit to Brussels. It was very easy to find and close enough to the main centre. The room was clean and comfy and very big! The reception guy was very friendly and pleasant. I would have been happy to stay here for longer. 

Great find 

B&B with modern, well-equipped rooms in a good location in the city. Accommodation to be improved...no breakfast, no cleaning and no night control. The street is full of nice places, right in front there is a little noisy place until the first light of day.
