Perfect for a weekend away. The flat is 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place and 10 mins from Brussels Midi station. It was clean and felt very relaxed and quiet. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location, peaceful, clean, and friendly.

In fact it's a room in a two men building. Laurent is very polite and friendly. He can explain you the best places to go give you advices. If you want to his neighbour can let you some brie with plain bread, orange juice, butter, peanut butter and butters as a beakfast in your bedroom door in the morning at 8:00. The bed is not bad, however not much comfortable and pillows are not good. The bathroom is nice, warm and large. The city is not much safe, mainly near to the Grand Place and B&B Terre Neuve. Be aware of pickpockets close! 

Very nice but it's not a hotel or hostel

Large clean room, huge ensuite bathroom & quiet location, a short walk to the Grand Place & other attractions. Plenty of eating choices nearby & easily accessible via public transport. The only note I would add is that there is no fridge in the room, which would've been really handy.

The owner is very friendly, excellent communication before our stay & very helpful with directions & recommendations.

Convenient stay in Brussels

I stayed two nights at B&B Terre Neuve, and it was simply the best! It was really accessible, being an easy walk from both MIDI & Central stations which made a huge difference for me travelling with my two year old and luggage. The owner is incredibly helpful and nice, making you feel very welcome right away. The room is very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. The blackout blinds rocked my world :) the washroom is lovely and new. It's really easy to get to all the main sights in Bryxelles too. 
The area felt a little rough around the edges, but only a wee bit and likely only because I had spent one night in the heart of tourist land preceding this stay! 

Utterly fantastic!

My husband and I had wonderful stay at B&B Terre Neuve.  The location is terrific.  A short walk from the Grand Place (10mins), Tram and Midi/Zuid and Central train stations.  We walked everywhere from this location as everything is so close.  Lots of nice local restaurants in short walking distance as well.  The room is clean, well cared for and safe.  The owners are wonderful!  It was our honeymoon and they even provided us with a bottle of champagne upon arrival.  Such a wonderful gesture.

With it's proximity to the two main train stations in Brussels it makes a great home base.  We took day trips to Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp.  Additionally it makes it very easy to take the train in from the airport instead of using costly taxis.

The owners are wonderful.  They are very responsive on email to make bookings and arrangements for your arrival.  They even provided us with a map and guidebooks in the room which made planning activities a breeze.

I highly recommend this B&B as I think it's one of the best finds in Brussels.
