The desk staff try really hard but this is a depressing hotel.
Impossible to shower with the hand-held 1970s style bathroom fittings. Tiny piece of cheap soap, pathetic tiny sachet of shampoo - on request.
Really dated, tired furniture, everything is worn out. 
Strange smell about the place.
All other hotels were booked up, as a result they took the opportunity to charge me a fortune.
Never again.

Terrible

Imagine that you have to go to Brussels in a few days and the hotels you know are complete.Imagine that you have a limited budget and you see a hotel that costs 54 euros a night and you think: for that price it can't be that bad.All that you arrive in Brussels, and when you land in the hotel the taxi driver looks at you and says: 'Are you sure you want to get in there?' Thinking that you will be charged the same, you make heartbreaks and entrances.A horrible smell spreads throughout the hotel, the edredones have suspicious sleeves, the rooms are empty, the saunas rascan, you are forced to leave the lavatory until sales are done..In your favor, the receptionist is lovely and is constantly on guard.

I wouldn't rent the room for a few days unless I go back to the hotel just to sleep or... no.........

For a short time.

200 euros for a beetle is not exactly the maximum, but during the seaside show the city is crowded and the prices are stellar. I stay from a maximum of 50 euros a night.

What's that?

The hotel is next to the nice church, around you can find many shops, bakeries etc. The room was normal and clean but the bathroom was old. the stuff was friendly. Even it is not in the city centrum I liked the stay

Room was clean and large but very cold, with basic furniture. Staff very friendly and helpful but if you only speak English you'll get frustrated, as in Bruxelles everybody speaks French.

Bathroom very cold, no possibility to have dinner at the hotel, and the internet connection extremely poor with router not working at all. Building is located very far from the center, neighborhood didn't feel very safe.

Basic hotel, clean room, bad location and very bad internet connection

An old narrow house with no elevator that has been turned into a hotel. The reception is in the basement and already there it smells bad to walk up to the second floor, old worn carpets sad room, curtains of ugly colours TV with flat screen smaller than my PC Lavabo clogged bad smell All for 75€, to avoid unless Brussels and about is complete and you don't feel like going 50km or sleeping in your car!

Nothing good here.

The hotel has 8 bedrooms and is well located next to the basilica, several bus lines pass at the foot of the hotel as well as the tram that goes to the mouth of the nearest metro station (2 stations) in 15-20 minutes we are in the center. The family friendly welcome. About the room 45€ for a single room night with shared bathroom, the room and the sdb was clean, TV and wifi are available in the rooms. The only negative point, sleeping under the roof (last floors under the roof with velvet) it was a bit loud, but well, I only paid 45€ which is very little for Brussels! If you have a small budget and want to sleep in a comfortable place, this hotel is ideal!

Very good quality to price ratio

We stayed for 3 days in this hotel near the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. A subway station (Simonis) is available about 700m away (take the tram, in two stops you are in front of the subway station). The room is quite basic, but clean and comfortable. Same for the bathroom. The owners are very friendly and do not hesitate to give the information they have. However, there is no elevator and at night the neighborhood is very noisy (police siren!!!) A good quality/price ratio to visit Brussels!

Good value for money, but noisy!

If you don't have a lot of demands this little hotel is fine for a few days visit, the rooms are noisy carpeted floor is not the best cleaning, the managers are kind and available. But for the cost of the room is fine.
