Booked 2 nights August 2023. when I arrived between the absence of the staff at the entrance the closed door and the tall grass seemed so unattended that I called the hotel to check if it was open strange but true. Persistent smell. Doors made of pieces of paper, no elevator, toilet that went to trash. Too bad because it would not be enough to make it more beautiful. You can't see everything thrown in the air so guys. Anyway at least the staff was kind and we found a decent breakfast quite variable.

Very ambiguous

I don`t know if we can call it a hotel, but it was not a pleasant stay at all. 
No elevator and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage! The room is catastrophic, very very old looks like more than 100 years old, the bathroom as well was very old with broken light.
Breakfast was bread, butter & Jam, orange juice & coffee that`s it!

most delightful part of the stay was the cleaning lady, she was very nice.

We booked this room off a recommendation from a friend that lives locally. Worst idea ever from the time we pulled up to the building. The outside and lobby look totally sketchy. We got the room all the way at the top and no stairs. So we had to drag all our luggage up and then we get to the room. It was so outdated and run down it was very depressing. Being that we were up on the top floor the bathroom had a slant in the roof so you had to be careful not to hit your head. Utterly disappointed and will never stay there again. Also would never recommended to even my worst enemy.

Whoa

Having read some of the negative reviews I was in two minds whether to book here or not, especially with regard to the comments regarding air conditioning!

Yes, the rooms are somewhat dated, and very much a throwback to the 1980's, but mine was spotlessly clean, quiet, and a good size for a hotel close to the centre of Bruxelles.

There is no air conditioning in the building, but the windows do open and a fan was supplied as standard which brought the temperature down to a reasonable level for sleeping.

Reception was open on arrival at 23:20, and the night porter was very amiable, explained how the entry and exit self-service system worked, and showed me to the (well hidden) free guest parking.

Breakfast was basic continental, but more than adequate.

I certainly would stay here again if I had to visit Bruxelles on my own; my family might want something a bit more fancy!



Good value for Bruxelles, especially during CoronaVirus 

The microscopic hall, the clean breakfast room, small but clean rooms, the shower was clogged, the bidet was obviously missing and for me being Italian it's vaguely important.

Honestly.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life, I've met with beasts in bed and no hot water service! it's located in the outskirts of Brussels, the rooms smell like dust from the old carpet they have, very bad experience something super nasty Avoid bad experiences.

Terrible 

I didn't have the choice of the hotel, as part of a business trip. What to say. The reception is not friendly. At least the heating was working and it's still functional. I killed a creeping beast in the bathroom. Wi-Fi is working but it's extremely slow. The housekeeping staff was taking my towels away, I had to ask again. The laundry and toilet were seriously hurting people.
