All the staff were lovely! So helpful and they said hello and goodbye to you every time you saw them. The WiFi was free and they allowed you to store your luggage free of charge before check in and after check out so you didn’t have to carry that around on your first and last day. The facilities in the room were great, very clean and to a modern look as well. There was also a kitchenette, which meant that we could cook dinner in on one of the nights which meant we could spend more money on the Christmas market. Would definitely recommend and come again.
