They did not offer me a refund for cancellation due to coronavirus, even though I'm a physician and had to cancel my trip due to the pandemic in order to care for patients. The most they offer was re-booking to a different date before year end which unfortunately is not possible for me.

Very disappointing

The place is so tastefully decorated, the rooms very comfortable and spacious. Bob our host could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Nothing was a big ask. 
The continental breakfast was great too. 
It was a fabulous place to stay with our dog, there is a park at the back, which dog owners will appreciate. Thank you Bob we hope to be back.

Felt at home and service was amazing

Only there for a flying visit, one night on the way to the cross-channel ferry but certainly lucked out booking at the Camelias.  Our main problem was finding it, don't trust the satnav on this, we ended up going round in circles. We had the attic room, well it's actually a fully furnished apartment, beautifully decorated with the ancient beams exposed. Apart from the double bed (very comfortable) there are another 3 single beds scattered about the space, two baby cribs and a fully functioning kitchen (brand new I think) as well as dining and seating space. The walk-in shower is part of the bedroom but the toilet is separate. Positively palatial. Only minus is that the second flight of stairs up to the apartment are fairly narrow and steep and might be a bit of a challenge for anyone who is slightly challenged regarding mobility.
The enclosed courtyard garden is a lovely place to sit after a frantic afternoon's sightseeing.
We left too early for breakfast but the breakfast room looked lovely.
There is on street parking at a reasonable rate but it has to be redone every 4 hours but there is a parking garage near by at 8.70 per 24 hours.
 I'd certainly go back, perhaps for a little longer next time.

Beautiful place.

We stayed for 2 nights there is really nothing to complain. 
the room was spacious and clean, house has really nice back-yard with tables so you can sit outside and relax too. 
Breakfast are included also - however at least we didn't had anything warm to eat: either eggs or something similar, which is fine if you are not staying longer there. 
also we were guided where to park our car for free. 
and the location is very good - short distance walking to the main attractions. 
there is a small kitchenette in a room also - so if needed you can store food or cook something for yourself.

Great location, big room and backyard you can enjoy

Great big room w bathtub n shower. Large breakfasts close 20 min walk to Center. Great staff they helped us with a reservation problem. Bo was very friendly and made us feel at home. Clean room quiet street. We took day trips from Bruges to Brussels Gent Antwerp. 20 min easy walk from train station or 10€ taxi. 

5 days in Bruges 

we stayed here over the bank holiday weekend as a party of 3 couples. all 3 rooms were spacious, the bed was really comfy. the B&B is clean and the staff are really friendly and welcoming, with nothing too much trouble. breakfast is a continental breakfast but the choice is really good and plentiful. the coffee is delicious. we arrived earlier than the check in time and our rooms were ready, and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the end of the stay until our taxi arrived so that we could enjoy the final day of our stay. we would all definitely stay here again, no question

lovely weekend stay

Booled with Booking.com over a month before our trip as part of few weeks in Europe, scheduled trains ect.

The night before we arrive owner emails saying “wont be there after 1330” (checkin is only 1200-1400). However we were planning to get there at around 1330 or so. 

Arrived at 1345 and nobody there. Tried to contact owner and was unable to get through to her- straight to voicemail, leaving me & partner stuck out in rain with nowhere to go! Tried the neighbour as per note in the door but also no answer.

Now owner and booking.com refusing to refund despite failing to provide service, despite proof from their own emails that they never intended to honour the checkin-times as per their advertisement.

Do not book with this BnB- if you do, ensure you dont pay until arrival! 

There are heaps of hotels in the area with similar or better prices, who actually have professional check in staff so you wont be stranded like we were!

Didnt even show up to let us in!

Arrived but no one answered the door. Called the number on the booking and the owner got a neighbour to let us in. We were greeted by a friendly dog named Luna. Stayed for 1 night with 2 friends in the studio loft apartment room. Very spacious with its own kitchen and living room. Very hot but luckily there was a fan. Breakfast was amazing, table already laid out for us with fresh kiwi and fresh apple juice with apples from the garden. Very friendly owner/host who was more than happy to help us. No eggs unfortunately due to the egg crisis. Very good location in the city centre within short walking distance to all the main sites and shopping area.
