What Angélique and Wim promise on their website becomes reality from the first moment you arrive till your departure (with a perfectly composed bill!). The mansion looks great, is near the center of Bouillon and the château, the rooms are spatious and furnished with a lot of care and respect for the history! Room maintenance is perfect (thank you Brigitte) and done with pleasure. And then...the 'cuisine'! Wim makes sure your every need is taken care of. With a lot of local produce he lives up to his reputation as 'master chef' and every plate is both gorgeous and great to look at... Short, we had chosen for the 'escapade gourmande 3 nuits' and we enjoyed every minute! Recommendable!
