Very good appartments. Comfortable, spacious, nice located. I had an entrace to the bathroom throught the cupboard. Like in Narnia!!! ))) 
Bed was comfotable bit note that there is no elevator in the building. Only stairs. 
The onwes are charming people and the breakfest they offerd was relally delicious. 
Liked my stay a lot.

In addition, the guests have a library room, could use the kitchen as well as the garden. The street with the hotel consists of a variety of impressive youth-style houses, it is worth a little stroll here; there are also various small bishops and cafes in the area. The owner has a lot of literature about the environment as well as the house in the library (though little in German). In general, she is very friendly, the breakfast felt almost like home: I have seen another guest at the big breakfast and there is a fresh snack, a small snack, but according to the street food, the room should be easy to eat.

A warm welcome at the Jugendstil Villa

A warm home, a lot of charm, a very nice place (a convenient 9 minute walk from Berchem station), a nice spacious room (+ huge bathroom!), a friendly breakfast....a nice little jewel in the whole.

I had the suite room in Abondance Logies and it was beautiful. It's a beautiful house, in a beautiful street. The neighborhood is lively but quiet, and the city center of Antwerp is nearby.

The room had a separate living room and sleeping room, both with a beautiful view on either the street or the patio. The hostess gave us some wonderful restaurant tips, and was very friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was served outside, as the weather was pretty great. Great stay!

Quiet in a beautiful neighborhood

Most beautiful street in Antwerp . The owner is very friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. 

Great breakfast . There are a lot of nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. We will be happy to come back for our next stay in Antwerp

Perfect stay 

The owner is very pleased with the quality of the reception, the decoration of the place, the varied and rich breakfast served in the dining room. The suite is comfortable, well decorated, the room overlooks a garden that allows to be calm. No false notes, everything is perfect.

It's a very special place.

This could hardly be better: The area, the house, the interior, the bed and off course the reception by Ann, it all was perfect. Maybe one of the most luxury aspects of our stay was the total stress less hospitality and easy check-in and out procedure. According miss Ann it is all a matter of good faith, so cherish it and don’t abuse and spoil it!

Great place to stay in a wonderfull area

Great Art Nouveau property on the main Art Nouveau Zurenborg street with trams going by and boutique fixtures and fittings; superb breakfasts and snacks/drinks avalable. Very close to Berchem main railway and bus/tram station and Antwerp airport and not too far from the spectacular Central station. The owners are very friendly, knowledgable and hospitable. There is no hotel nearby and seemingly not even other b & bs. We really enjoyed our stay, despite the steep stairs. Our room was a big luxurious double on the first floor. The front garden was small but welcome and the back garden functional. There is a kitchen and living room on the ground floor with coffee machine and books on the Zurenborg and Antwerp area. Cafes galore are just up the road opposite and a restaurant square just beyond that, just outside Zurenborg.

Nice reception on arrival. Room 4 upstairs very stylishly furnished with plenty of space, interesting bathroom, large shower. Available armchairs. Refrigerator filled with fresh water every day and De Koninck. Bicycles can be parked in the garden. Simple breakfast. Anyone who loves youth-style buildings - stay here.
