Спасибо большое за оценку. Вы проживали у меня в апреле месяце. Возможно, Вы при оценке перепутали мою квартиру с какой то другой.
С выставленной оценкой категорически не согласна. При выселении какие-либо нарекания отсутствовали. Я веду строгий учет замечаний от гостей и стараюсь не допускать их в последующем. Если возникают объективные недочеты, с ними соглашаюсь и исправляю.
