I had a lovely stay at Britannia Hotel on Umngeni Road. The check-in experience was warm and welcoming, and the place was clean and peaceful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was tasty, but I was a little disappointed with the limited options. It was a Saturday, and due to my religion I was not eating hot meals, so I requested fruits instead. Unfortunately, they only offered their standard breakfast. Overall, I truly appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness, and I would recommend the hotel for its excellent service and peaceful environment.
