12 reviewsThat’s the only hotel bed which I was able to sleep very nicely and I’m missing my baku boutique hotel bed until now. The hotel is small but it’s cozy, super comfy and clean. It’s well maintained. Everything is there. Staff are very helpful. They’ll try to speak English to meet expectations of the customer and to make sure they’re properly attended and taken cared of. Reception officers Murat and Elvin gave an exceptional service to us. Front desk is always kept neat and clean, full of information about Baku for tourists and easy to find souvenirs are also kept beside the reception desk. Rizwan, the hotel driver, made sure we’re safe along the way. Yousaf who’s also working there guided us how to go here and there. Breakfast is also too much filling and energizing. Everything is just perfect for me. The washroom is awesome goodness too.
