Berghotel Jaga-Alm

What an amazing place, had to write a review as soon as we got home! It's a lovely family run hotel on the slopes of Zell am see.....just to note the red it sits on isn't for the faint hearted! But they shuttle you down to the closest ski lift if needed! The hotel owners were lovely, very accommodating and our room was beautiful. The views are stunning, our outlook was onto the lake. The cleaners need a special mention as everything was spotless, they work so hard every day. It's a dog friendly hotel, which we loved, and the owners have their own dogs there. One is a gorgeous Staffie girl who loved attention and cuddles whenever we saw her! Food is 5 star, service was excellent, every meal we had was delicious and well presented. For a small hotel, there was so much choice and the chefs are very talented, I wish we had such great food served to us here in the UK! Beautiful spa, we used it every day after a long day ski-ing. Not sure what air was used in the relaxation room but you will fall asleep in there, it's so cosy! Locker rooms were the cleanest I've ever seen, and it was very well organised with plenty of room and warm. All the little touches have been well thought out. We will definitely be back, thanks for making our stay so memorable and welcoming!
